How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders typically undergo processing within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday), with a transit time of approximately 10-14 days.
Are the ear plugs and tunnels sold in pairs or individually?
All of our plugs, tunnels, and hangers/weights are sold as pairs, so the price you see listed is for TWO! (Except for those with a "single" option)
Why do my Wood/Stone plugs look different than the images on the website?
Due to the organic nature of our Stone and Wood products, there may be variations in color, consistency, and even shape/fit from plug to plug.
We make efforts to pair them as closely as possible, but due to the uniqueness of each pair, perfect matching to the photos on our site is not guaranteed.
It's important to note that these variations do not imply that you are receiving a different item than what you ordered; it simply means that the item you ordered is inherently unique.
