90-Day Return Policy: You have 90 days from the delivery date of your item to request a return. The refund process will be initiated within a week upon receipt of the returned item. Please note, we are unable to process refunds once an order has been shipped.

Eligibility: To return an item, it must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Ensure you have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Initiating a Return: Contact us at hi@punkplugs.com to start a return. Upon acceptance, we'll provide detailed instructions on where and how to send your package. Returns must have prior authorization to be accepted.

Damages and Issues: Inspect your order upon arrival. We kindly ask you to reach out to us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will promptly evaluate the issue and work towards making it suitable.

Exchanges: For a faster exchange process, return the item you have, and upon acceptance, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds: We'll notify you once we receive and inspect your return. Upon approval, you'll be automatically refunded through your original payment method. Please be patient; it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Please note: A $10 restocking fee applies to eligible returns.

Shipping Fees: If the consumer initiates the return, they are responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee depends on the chosen express company. However, if the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect goods), the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee.
